It’s hard being a person with big dreams and even bigger expectations.
From excelling professionally or academically to thriving in sports or extracurriculars, the pressure to perform can feel constant.
Success can come with a price — burnout, anxiety, imposter syndrome, and fear of failure.
Therapy can help you, your child, or teen:
- Manage stress and anxiety
- Work through perfectionism and self-doubt
- Build healthy coping skills
- Set meaningful, achievable goals
- Navigate academic and social challenges
- Foster self-esteem, cultivate mindfulness and emotional resilience
- Develop a balanced mindset for long-term success

Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy for children - adults.
I take a personalized and holistic approach to therapy and work creatively alongside you and/or your child to best serve each person where they are.
I am in-network with most BCBS and Aetna plans and also provide a receipt submit to your insurance for out-of-network benefits.

Parent Support
I enjoy working with parents and families to support their high achieving kid(s) and their high achieving selves.
I draw from several techniques to support parents in navigating their child’s (and/or their own) anxiety to achieve greater balance in the family system.
